Return & Replacement Policy > Because every vinyl decal is custom-crafted to order based on your unique artwork, logos, and Original Characters (OCs), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect user sizing.
##Damaged or Defective Items: > If your decal arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily send a free replacement. To qualify:Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) as they arrived.##3. Refund & Dispute PolicyRefund Policy > Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds are only granted for unfulfilled orders (cancelled before production) or for verified misprints/damaged goods where a replacement cannot be provided. Once a refund is approved by Soft Bite Studio, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method.##Discharge & Disputes:If you have any issues with a charge or transaction, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at bunrec@softbitestudio before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy > You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund only if production has not yet begun (typically within 2 hours of placing your order). Because custom decal printing and weeding start quickly, once an item enters the production or printing queue, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Legal, Intellectual Property & Shipping Restrictions > * Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property: By uploading images, logos, or Original Characters (OCs) to Decal Den, you certify that you own the rights to the artwork or have explicit permission to use it. Soft Bite Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing unauthorized copyrighted, trademarked, or prohibited material.##International Shipping & Export:We ship physical goods both domestically and internationally. International buyers are responsible for any applicable local customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their destination country. Orders comply with all local and international export laws.##6. Terms and Conditions of Promotions
